Announcement from Osaka Sangyo University

Ranked high in many categories in the "Employability Ranking 2023-2024" - Based on a survey of university image from corporate human resources personnel -

In a survey on university image among corporate human resources personnel conducted by Nikkei HR and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun and published on June 7, 2023, Osaka Sangyo University ranked high in a number of categories.

This survey asked corporate human resources personnel about their image of students from each university whom they had hired over the past two years.

In the survey, human resources personnel from companies were asked to rank universities from which they had a record of recruiting, in order of the number of students they had, and then evaluated their image of students in four aspects: "initiative" which looks at initiative, etc.; "interpersonal skills" which looks at communication skills, etc.; "intellect/academic ability" which looks at logical thinking skills, etc.; and "originality" which looks at creativity, etc.

The main categories in which Osaka Sangyo University was ranked are as follows:

Overall ranking: 58th in the nation (20th among private universities nationwide, 6th in the Kinki region)

*Ranked 5th nationwide in the "Enthusiastic" category

② Interpersonal skills

?15th in the nation
?6th in the Kinki region
*Ranked 5th nationwide in the "high stress resistance" category

③ Intelligence and academic ability

?16th in the Kinki region

④ Originality

?23rd in the nation
?4th place in the Kinki region

We also conducted a survey to find out their impressions of the university's initiatives.
Our university is ranked 14th nationwide in the "Enthusiastic support for finding employment" ranking
(It was rated 9th in the nation and 1st in the Kinki region among private universities.)
