Conflict of interest

Osaka Sangyo University University believes that one of the university's fundamental roles is to actively engage in industry-government-academia collaboration, produce numerous research results, and utilize these results to contribute to society at large. In promoting industry-government-academia collaboration, it is appropriate for staff and the university to receive legitimate benefits from specific companies, etc., or to bear legitimate responsibilities to specific companies, etc., to the extent necessary, but external financial interests, etc. must not impair the fair and appropriate judgment required to perform duties at the university.
Therefore, in order to secure the university's social credibility and to create an environment in which employees can feel secure in participating in industry-academia-government collaboration activities, the University has established the "Osaka Sangyo University Conflict of Interest Policy," which indicates the University's basic approach to conflicts of interest. Based on the "Osaka Sangyo University Conflict of Interest Policy," the University has also established the "Osaka Sangyo University Conflict of Interest Management Regulations."
