Comment from Miyazaki

Thank you very much for this wonderful award. Although I am still inexperienced, I have experienced many things as the head of the organization over the past four years. I have met many people and received many awards through these various experiences. It is certainly not my own ability that has made these four wonderful years possible. The constant support and goal-setting from so many people is what motivates me, and it is all thanks to all of you that I have been able to achieve this result. Thank you very much. I will continue to push forward on a different path, doing my best in my own way. I look forward to your warm support.

About the University Sports Consortium KANSAI (KCAA)

In 2022, the KCAA formulated the "Next 5 Concept" on the occasion of its 5th anniversary. With the new keywords of "region" and "well-being," the KCAA has embarked on a new phase of promoting the development of university sports in the Kansai region. University sports promotion is a business that contributes to "value creation" for student athletes, general students, universities, and local residents, society, and the economy. At this conference, we will discuss the direction and future activities of the NEXT 5 Concept along with the business report. We will deepen mutual understanding of the diversity of policies and initiatives for university sports promotion, as well as share the wisdom cultivated by member universities and discuss the state of collaboration between universities, companies, and organizations.
