If you are late or absent from class due to a delay or suspension of public transportation, please follow the instructions below.

1. When a certificate of delayed arrival is available
Please present the certificate issued at the station or the certificate printed from the web page to your teacher at your next class.

2. If you cannot obtain a certificate of delayed arrival
Please show the back of your student ID card showing your "commuting area" to your teacher at your next class and explain the area to them.
