Regarding the implementation of the 2024 academic year graduation ceremony and graduation ceremony

Graduates will receive one graduation (completion) certificate and one transcript free of charge. No application is required. (They will be handed out in the classroom along with the diploma and graduation certificate, divided by department and seminar.)
*Certificates cannot be issued before the graduation ceremony.

If you require additional certificates in addition to the certificates provided free of charge (for example, if you require a total of three graduation certificates), please apply in advance at the Academic Affairs Division Office during the period listed below. The certificates can then be collected at Academic Affairs Division Office on the day of your graduation ceremony (after the ceremony has ended).
However, additional fees will be charged for any additional certificates applied for.

Note 1) Applications cannot be made by phone, mail, or email. Please come to the counter. When you come to the counter, please be sure to bring your student ID card.
Note 2) When you apply at the counter, you will be given a "Certificate Exchange Ticket." When you receive it, you will exchange it for a certificate, so please do not forget to bring it with you on the day of the graduation ceremony. Please come to the counter after receiving your diploma and diploma.
