Types of teaching licenses available at our university

The following teaching licenses can be obtained at our university:

Elementary school/special needs school teaching license acquisition program

Through an agreement with Seisa University, our university allows students to take courses as part of the Seisa University School of Symbiosis Science correspondence course while enrolled at our university.
?Elementary school teacher's license, either first class or second class (available to students of all faculties and departments)
?Type 1 or 2 Special Needs School Teacher's License (visually impaired, hearing impaired, intellectually disabled, physically disabled, sick) (only available to students Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences)
You can get:

*This is subject to the prerequisite of obtaining a junior high school or high school teaching license at this university.
*In addition to tuition fees of this university, separate fees such as tuition fees of Seisa University will be required.

Program Benefits

• If you are taking courses at Seisa University, the tuition fee per credit is 8,000 yen, but under the agreement, the tuition fee per credit will be 5,000 yen.
  In addition, the annual registration fee is 15,000 yen, but under the agreement it will be reduced to 10,000 yen.
• Of the credits required to obtain an elementary school teaching license, some of the credits from subjects related to obtaining a junior high school or high school first-class teaching license acquired at our university can be used to obtain an elementary school teaching license.
